About
The Founder
Momolu is an original, design-led character brand from Finland, founded in 2013 by Leena Fredriksson.
Leena Fredriksson is a Helsinki based artist, designer, trend specialist and art educator. She’s worked in design for over 20 years. The world of Momolu has been inspired by Leena’s childhood summers spent in the unique Finnish archipelago, and by travels to Southern Europe and to Asia, especially Japan. As a designer, Leena’s passion is to combine design learning with storytelling.
